Dr. Babasola Okusanya is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Evidence-based Medicine Expert, with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Health Behavior Health Promotion from the University of Arizona, U.S.A.
Although he is a clinician, who manages high-risk pregnancies, he also uses his public health expertise in the strengthening of health systems, especially at the primary health care level. He supports policy enunciation with the generation and synthesis of evidence for many health conditions like sickle cell disease, preeclampsia, management of abortion.
